Street noise is intrusive in the front rooms!!! Having staff repeatedly knock on my door, even with the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, was quite bothersome. Wi-Fi issues were a major letdown, causing inconvenience during my stay!!!

Super clean and cozy! The comfy beds and abundant electrical outlets made my stay feel like home. On the downside, the air con was a bit temperamental. 😅

The Wi-Fi security utilizes a less secure "Captive Portal" type, making it a concern for anyone needing solid cybersecurity. Additionally, the room lacked a desk, forcing me to make a makeshift workspace. There were also stains on the inner side of the comforter, raising questions about the cleaning standards. Noise from nearby rooms could be a distraction, diminishing the overall comfort.

bustle of Makati. The nearby attractions, restaurants, and convenience shops are within walking distance, making it very convenient. However, be prepared for occasional noise from slammed doors, which may disrupt your peace at times.

Such a cozy spot! The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. Loved the private bathroom with body soap and free toiletries. The safety deposit box and bidet were nice touches. Also, there’s a cool spa facility to relax. Very comfy stay!

Room was clean with quality bedding. Great AC! It felt good to know the area was safe to explore late at night, too.

leez inn makati is like a home away from home! the upgrade to the penthouse was a delightful surprise, and the staff, especially april and steph, were quick to help with everything. the location is also super convenient, close to the city center and perfect for concert-goers!
